AYRO Solutions Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AYRO D&H may collect, use, and protect personal information submitted through this website.

Effective date: April 24, 2026. Primary privacy contact: use the Contact page until a dedicated privacy mailbox is published.

Need help or want to exercise your data rights? Use our Contact page and review our Terms and Conditions.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by AYRO D&H. The website provides information about the company and developments such as NASO-SHIELD.

Until a dedicated privacy email address is published, privacy-related requests should be submitted through the Contact page and clearly marked as a privacy enquiry.

2. Information We May Collect

We may collect personal information that you choose to submit through contact forms or direct enquiries. The website form records contact and professional details (name and job title, work email, and company); enquiry details (enquiry type, sector, use case, and estimated scale); and the acknowledgement made through the required Privacy Policy and Terms checkbox. Direct enquiries may also include the contents of your message.

3. How We Use Information

Information submitted through the website may be used to respond to enquiries, discuss product or company matters, evaluate partnership opportunities, and maintain relevant business communication.

4. Form Submissions

When the new enquiry form is activated, its answers are sent to an AYRO-operated Google Apps Script endpoint and stored in an AYRO-selected Google Sheet so AYRO D&H can handle the enquiry. Cloudflare Turnstile processes a verification token and anti-abuse signals to help screen automated submissions; the token is checked by the Apps Script endpoint before an answer is stored. The endpoint also keeps a keyed hash of the normalized email address in a short-lived cache for a five-minute per-email rate limit. The cache key does not contain the raw email address. AYRO must review the applicable Google and Cloudflare privacy terms and complete its retention and transfer disclosures before this wording is published.

5. Cookies and Technical Data

Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics” in the site banner. If you allow it, the website loads Plausible Analytics, a service whose browser script does not set its own cookies. It measures page views, page URLs and referrers, engagement time and scroll depth, selected call-to-action and outbound-link clicks, completion of the 3D scroll experience, and form interaction events. Form-submission analytics includes the enquiry type and sector, not the visitor’s name, email address, company, use-case text, estimated scale or free-text message. “Essential only” does not load Plausible or send these events. Your choice is saved in this browser’s localStorage as ayro_cookie_consent. The optional mascot assistant also saves language and sound preferences in localStorage and remembers whether its greeting was dismissed in sessionStorage; it does not store lead details there. Technical scripts for the site’s 3D and animation experience may run regardless of the analytics choice. You can review your choice below.

6. Data Sharing

AYRO D&H does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by service providers involved in hosting, website operation, or contact form handling where necessary to operate the site.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, manage follow-up communication, or comply with legal obligations.

8. Your Rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, as well as rights related to objection or restriction of processing.

9. External Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites such as LinkedIn, universities, event organizations, and ecosystem partners. AYRO D&H is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites.

10. Updates to This Privacy Policy

AYRO D&H may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest published version on this website should be considered the current version.

11. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, please contact AYRO D&H through the Contact page on this website.
